The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days. If you have purchased anything on Phone Cases World but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
Looking for return or exchange?
If you're not happy, we're not happy. We definitely allow you to return and exchange if you are not satisfied with the product. However, this process of returning or exchanging the products demands you to fulfill the required criterion stated in our return policy.

If you receive a change in size
Since it is a human tendency to make mistakes therefore in case you receive a wrong size or product, then while placing a request for exchanging or returning the same please provide a note that states the size required and the correct size will be sent to you soon after we receive the previous product.
If you have received the wrong item
Though a thorough checking is made on every specification and product before it is shipped but still sometimes there may be a chance that mistakably, you received the wrong item from us. At first, we apologize for the same. But you need not worry at all. You can immediately write to us at email@example.com and attach a picture of the wrongly received item. And your request for exchange of the same will be initiated at earliest by any of our support team members.
If you have received a damaged/faulty item
Although we take care of assured quality as our utmost priority there might be a probability that you receive a damaged property. In this case please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the picture of the damaged area, clearly visible in it and then we will send you another piece of same item free of charge.

- You merely change your state of mind for buying the products.

- The phone-cases are damaged in comparison to the original condition unless that is a fault at our end.
- If the original tag goes missing.
- If the phone-case was purchased from the final sale items.
