Q: Are the cases here at Phone Cases World protective? 
A: We design our cases with utmost care to ensure its protective ability to the best. However, we cannot claim our cases to be capable enough of protecting your phones from rough handling. Each of our cases here, are exclusive and thus offer your phones with extreme protection.

Q: When will my phone case be shipped? 
A: We have a 3-4 day processing window for every order that has been placed. Once you place your order, you receive the confirmation e-mail for your placed order. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been processed to ship, for you to check the status of your order.

Q: Why is my order tracking link not working? 
A: In general the tracking links take around 24-48 hours to get updated and functional. In case the tracking link provided to you does not get updated within that time frame please contact our customer support team immediately at

Q: In case if entered the wrong address for delivery, can I change it?

A: The shipping time largely depends on the location from where the order is placed. In general the shipping time takes 5-30 business days including the delivery of the orders. Q: I accidentally ordered the wrong size case, am I able to exchange it for the correct size? 
A: We accept exchanges of unused items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. You can place a return request for the same online and return the previously delivered object back to us.
